Japan and Luxembourg are apparently no longer experiencing delays. South Korea increased its delays for the 13" from 3-5 days to 2-3 weeks.

Luxembourg is apparently no longer experiencing delays. Japan's delays (1-3 business days) are shorter than before. South Korea increased its already lengthy delays for the 13" from 3-5 days to 2-3 weeks.
